How do EFI and MicroLink™ ignition interact?
Suzuki's goal is to design motors that serve specific boating purposes over a wide variety of conditions. A key to this is Suzuki's electronic fuel injection system and MicroLink™ ignition. These systems allow Suzuki engineers to program the engine's internal computer to provide optimum fuel/air mixture and ignition timing for specific applications. System sensors feed data to the computer on air and engine temperature, atmospheric pressure and engine load. The computer then adjusts its settings to provide the best performance for the existing conditions.
